Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and joined Birketts in May 2021; she acts for clients in the financial services, consumer and technology sectors and has extensive employer-side employment tribunal litigation experience (including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and unlawful deductions), and has worked on three occasions directly in business, including as employment counsel for a leading UK bank.
