Gail Hall is a Partner in the Private Client team at Warners Solicitors in England, advising on wills, probate, inheritance tax, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. She has particular experience advising farming clients on succession planning, acts as attorney and deputy for clients, is a member of STEP (including its Mental Capacity Special Interest Group) and Solicitors for the Elderly, and before qualifying worked for 20 years for fine art valuers and auctioneers.
