He focuses on IP and IT matters and handles transactional and advisory work—including formations, corporate finance, M&A and cross-border commercial contracts—and regularly advises on contractual, shareholder/owner and intellectual property disputes (copyright, trade marks, passing off and misuse of confidential information).
