Carole is the Head of Service Delivery for the Specialty Insurance department at Weightmans with over 60 fee earners based across 5 offices. Having qualified as a litigator in 1996 she has handled a wide range of commercial disputes in that time with particular focus on professional negligence claims, high value property damage claims, recoveries work, policy coverage issues and complex contractual disputes.
