Partner at Bishop & Sewell LLP who leads the Landlord and Property team and is recognised as an industry expert in landlord and tenant matters, with a background in property litigation. Admitted in September 2001, he is director of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP), a member of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal Frequent User Group Panel and provides CPD lectures, writes and speaks (including appearances on BBC Breakfast).
