Rebecca Ives is a solicitor in Wilson Solicitors LLP's Public Law team; she joined the team in 2014 and qualified as a solicitor in July 2018. She is IAAS Level 2 accredited and regularly acts for vulnerable clients in community care, immigration & asylum and civil claims, with particular focus on assisting homeless families under s17 Children Act 1989, advising on asylum claims and challenging immigration detention.
