Rachael Lenney is a Solicitor in the Immigration Department at Wilson Solicitors LLP who practises immigration and public law, with experience running unlawful detention claims, policy challenges to Home Office detention, asylum applications and appeals, and applications to revoke deportation orders. She carries a predominantly legal aid caseload, is an accredited senior caseworker (Level 2), qualified as a solicitor in June 2019, has volunteered on pro bono immigration projects including work in London and with unaccompanied minors in Calais, and is a member of the Law Society.
