Will Boyer is Head of IP Litigation & Strategy (Canada) at Gowling WLG, an IP litigator and pharmaceutical regulatory law expert and a "Rising Star" according to Managing Intellectual Property. He is a registered patent agent whose practice focuses on patent litigation (with additional experience in trademarks, copyright and trade secrets), has appeared as counsel before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, and advises pharmaceutical clients on data protection, pricing for patented medicines, Patent Register listing and certificates of supplementary protection.
