Partner in the Financial Services Group at Gowling WLG's Toronto office, practising in banking and insolvency law. She acts for lenders and borrowers on domestic, cross-border and international financing transactions—including bilateral and syndicated loans, acquisition financing, subordinate debt, asset-based and real estate financing—and advises receivers and secured creditors on insolvency matters; she completed a 12-month secondment with one of Canada's largest banks and is editor of Gowling WLG's Fully Secured newsletter.
