Paula Clancy

Paula Clancy is a partner and trademark agent in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Group, with a practice focused on trademarks and more than 27 years' experience in corporate/commercial and trademark law. She is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in IP (Trademarks), works with in-house counsel and clients ranging from start-ups to global public companies across many industries, and holds leadership roles in major IP organizations including INTA, IPIC (president and chair), ASIPI (Canada delegate) and AIPPI (Canada councillor); she has been ranked for 12 consecutive years in World Trademark Review's WTR1000.
