Brett Kagetsu is a partner in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office and head of the office's Business Department, with over 20 years' experience leading financings, stock exchange listings and merger transactions. He advises public company clients on securities law and stock exchange policy compliance, shareholder meetings and corporate governance, and assists Asian-based companies investing in Canada or seeking Canadian stock exchange listings.
