Kevin Pedersen is an associate in Gowling WLG's Calgary office who practises corporate/commercial litigation and professional liability defence, focusing on complex matters including class actions, insurance coverage disputes, product liability, shareholder disputes and oil and gas disputes. He has appeared in the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King's Bench, assisted with matters at the Alberta Court of Appeal, and has experience with mediations and arbitrations.
