Partner at Russells Solicitors, Ryan Vince joined the firm in September 2008 as a trainee after previously working in-house at a major record label. He advises recording and publishing companies, recording artists, producers and commercial clients in the entertainment and creative industries and acts on corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, investments, bank agreements and shareholder arrangements for start-ups and established enterprises.
