Carys Thompson is a Partner in the Commercial and IP department at Shakespeare Martineau LLP who advises a broad range of clients on commercial contracts, collaborations and IP licensing, with particular expertise in the manufacturing sector following in‑house Head of Legal experience. She also advises on compliance and data protection matters and provides support and training to help clients manage their data protection responsibilities.
