Richard Linskell is a Partner at gunnercooke LLP in England who advises employers and senior executives to avoid or resolve employment disputes efficiently and commercially. He advises on all aspects of the employment relationship — including recruitment, termination and post-termination issues, LLPs and partnership matters, TUPE, discrimination, remuneration and bonuses, dismissals, restrictive covenants and contract breaches — and is the former Deputy Chair of the Employment Lawyers Association.
