Iain Wilson is the managing partner of Brett Wilson LLP and heads the firm's media and communications law department. He is a prominent media lawyer who specialises in defamation, privacy and data protection, online publication and harassment matters, acting for politicians, celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, corporates, public/trade bodies and professionals, and has acted in leading cases such as The Law Society & Ors v Kordowski [2011] and Tamiz v Google Inc [2013].
