Tristan Mutimer is Partner and Head of Corporate Legal Services at RSM UK Legal LLP, specialising in corporate and commercial matters including international business reorganisations. He joined RSM UK Legal LLP in 2017 and progressed from Associate Director to Director and Partner; he holds an MSc (Hons) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of East Anglia and is a member of The Law Society.
