Senior employment lawyer, author and trainer qualified in 1995 with over 20 years' experience. She has headed employment teams at DLA Piper, Dentons and Pinsent Mason, was managing partner of Partners Employment Lawyers (now part of Excello Law), advises companies and senior executives on employment matters including redundancies, TUPE and settlement agreements, and has conducted advocacy in over 80 Employment Tribunal, EAT and High Court claims.
