James Gordon

James Gordon is a Partner at Gordons Partnership 2020 Limited based in the firm's London office and is a highly rated corporate and banking lawyer. He advises on banking, securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial tie-ups; he trained at Linklaters, was a founding partner of Gordons in 1994, was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 and to the New York Bar in 1990, and studied law at Oxford University.
