Michael Marziano is an Immigration Lawyer at Westkin Associates in England who has practised immigration law since 2005 and joined Westkin in 2017. He advises on a wide range of immigration matters — including worker/points-based and business categories, EEA, family- and human-rights-based applications, asylum, detention and deportation challenges — conducts advocacy in the First-tier and Upper Tribunal, and is responsible for internal legal training.
