Rupert Sprawson is a transactional and commercial lawyer with over twenty-five years' experience in the media and entertainment sectors, specialising in music publishing, recorded music, digital distribution, social media, brand marketing, merchandising, sponsorship and live events. He advises artists, producers, songwriters, record labels and music publishers on commercial matters including catalogue disposals, acquisitions and joint ventures, and is Managing Director of Ultra Music Publishing Europe; he joined Level from James Ware Stephenson and previously served as Head of Legal and Business Affairs at an international entertainment and logistics operation.
