Samantha Hemsley is Member and Head of Serious Injury and Learning & Development at Thompsons Solicitors, based at the Congress House office in London and nationally responsible for the firm’s serious injury and clinical negligence strategy. She has more than 20 years' experience as a solicitor specialising in maximum-severity cases — including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, severe burns and amputations — and has recovered multi-million pound settlements (highest reported settlement £8.3 million).
