John Scanlan
John is a Partner in Bedell Cristin's Guernsey Financial Services team. He is a Guernsey Advocate and advises on Guernsey investment funds and corporate transactions, as well as regulatory and general corporate matters. He has a wealth of experience advising on the establishment, management and regulation of investment funds investing in private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds. In addition, he has expertise in significant corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings, equity investments and joint ventures.
