Partner at Briffa based in England advising on a broad range of intellectual property and commercial matters with a particular focus on contentious work; specialises in trade mark, design, copyright and passing off disputes, manages large international trade mark portfolios, and drafts complex commercial contracts. Regularly prosecutes and defends matters at the UK Intellectual Property Office, EU Intellectual Property Office, Nominet, the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the High Court (Chancery Division); also serves as a non-executive director of the British Footwear Association and delivers training and articles on IP topics.
