She specialises in property litigation with particular expertise in high-value residential disputes and contentious leasehold enfranchisement, acting for leaseholders, landed estates, charities, commercial landlords and the Ministry of Defence in leading cases including Fearn v Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery and Annington Property Ltd v Secretary of State for Defence.
