Anthony Nagle is head of Browne Jacobson’s digital and sourcing team in the UK and Ireland and a partner, recognised as a leading expert on digital services and sourcing contracts, particularly large-scale, multi-supplier sourcing and implementation transactions. He advises clients across sectors on technology transactions, software licensing and development, data-sharing/transfer and storage, GDPR and cybersecurity, IP management, and the adoption of emerging technologies, and supports clients on sustainability and inclusion in contracting.
