Associate in Browne Jacobson LLP’s government and infrastructure team based in Manchester, advising public sector clients on corporate, commercial and governance matters including the establishment of partnerships, governance reviews and restructures, commercial contracts and procurement. He joined the firm as an associate in November 2021 and previously worked as a banking and finance lawyer advising both lender and borrower clients.
