Ben Brown

Partner at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP based in England. He is a corporate and commercial lawyer experienced in share and asset sales and purchases, joint ventures, debt and equity fundraising and commercial contracts, and is part of the firm's Clean Energy and Sustainability Group; he previously practised in New Zealand for three years and holds a First Class Honours Degree in Law from the University of Canterbury.
