Partner in the corporate and M&A group at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP; member of the Clean Energy and Sustainability team and head of the firm's North East corporate and M&A practice. He has experience in both private practice and industry, having held legal director and general counsel roles in the electricity and chemicals sectors, and has advised national and international clients, both public and private, on acquisitions.
