Associate in the Corporate group at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP in England, specialising in corporate transactional work including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate governance matters. She spent over six years working in the Middle East, including almost four years in the Dubai office of a large international law firm and subsequent in‑house work with a Dubai-based legal team.
