Partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Sweden advising on share transfers, business transfers, restructurings, minority investments, mergers, due diligence and general corporate matters related to fundraising, including IPOs and other equity offerings. He also advises on disclosure and inside information issues, corporate governance and securities market compliance; he has worked at law firms for more than fourteen years, has experience as a law clerk at Stockholm District Court, and joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2019.
