Partner who heads the Development team of the Real Estate Practice Group in Cardiff. Advises commercial (private and public sector) and residential developers — including senior living developers and registered providers — on all aspects of development from site assembly and acquisition through development, collaboration/joint ventures and ultimate disposal, including grant of building licences and negotiation of options.
