David Emberson is a partner in the real estate group at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP in Wales, advising on development, asset management, investment transactions and real estate finance. He acts for institutional property companies and a range of banks, and specialises in the industrial and logistics sector; he is a member of the BPF Industrial Committee.
