Partner at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP based in Wales, and head of secured recoveries within the firm's Financial Services Dispute Resolution group. He joined Eversheds in 1992, qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995 and as a solicitor in 1997, and specialises in litigation for financial institutions and insurance companies, including complex mortgage repossession cases (several dealt with in the Appeal courts).
