Associate in the corporate department at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP in Wales, advising on company law across the private and public sectors, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate security matters and capital restructuring. She trained at Douglas-Jones Mercer Solicitors in Swansea, qualified into the corporate department in 2011 and joined Eversheds in June 2015; she has a keen interest in the clean energy sector.
