Roberta Downey is a London-based Partner at Vinson & Elkins RLLP and co-head of the firm's International Construction group, with close to 30 years' experience in commercial dispute resolution, including large trials and highly technical disputes. She focuses on construction, engineering and energy sector disputes and is particularly known for her work on offshore wind projects.
