Senior Associate at Burges Salmon (England), who joined the firm in 2014 after completing her training contract with Bircham Dyson Bell. Advises individuals and companies on a range of transactional and advisory corporate matters — including investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, corporate governance and share capital issues — and is a member of the firm’s Health and Social Care team with experience acting on the sale and purchase of social care businesses.
