Director in the Corporate department at Conyers Dill & Pearman and Head of the Bermuda Funds Group; joined Conyers in 1995 and became Director in 2002. Specialises in securities law and the formation of hedge funds, private equity funds and fund structures investing in insurance-linked securities, and is internationally recognised in legal directories for offshore corporate and funds work.
