Anthony Whaley

Anthony D. Whaley is a Director in the Corporate department at Conyers' Bermuda office. He joined Conyers in 1991, became a partner in 1995, and specialises in securities law, the establishment of hedge funds, mutual funds, unit trusts, partnerships and other investment funds, as well as corporate restructuring, corporate finance and anti-money laundering policies; he is also regularly published.
