Nicholas Pattman is a Partner in the London and Cayman Islands corporate practice groups who advises on a broad range of corporate and finance matters with particular emphasis on venture capital, private equity and hedge funds. He represents asset managers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and family offices on fund structuring, formation and operation, and advises corporates on M&A, joint ventures, venture financings, lending and debt and equity capital markets transactions.
