Alex O'Connor is a Partner and Head of Development Team in the Real Estate department at Collyer Bristow LLP in England, advising developers, housing associations, property funds, investors, banks, energy companies and administrators on commercial property matters. He specialises in mixed-use property developments, secured financing, energy centre leases, joint ventures, profit-sharing/overage arrangements and the acquisition, disposal and financing of investment and distressed properties.
