Chantal Beck is a Senior Associate in the Property Disputes team at Ashtons Legal in England, with over 15 years' experience advising commercial and private clients on disputes involving property law. She advises on lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations, service charge and break option disputes, enfranchisement, rights of way and light, boundary disputes, and acts for clients including Transport for London, Royal Mail and social housing providers; she represents clients in court proceedings and instructs counsel where necessary.
