Fiona Richardson

Fiona Richardson is a Partner at Ashtons Legal who leads the Insolvency & Restructuring team, advising on contentious and non-contentious insolvency, restructuring and corporate recovery matters for stakeholders including licensed insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors and employees. She graduated from the University of Sheffield (2008), qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and is dual qualified as a non-appointment taking insolvency practitioner after passing the JIEB exams in 2017; she is Chairperson of YMCA Norfolk and a committee member for the Eastern Region of R3.
