Tom Albertini is a partner in J A Kemp's Trade Marks and Designs team with 20 years' experience advising on trade mark and design clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement and dispute resolution for clients across publishing, luxury goods, food, clothing, e‑commerce, charity and technology sectors. He is a European and UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and a qualified litigator holding the Higher Courts Litigation Certificate, enabling him to conduct IP litigation in the IPEC, the High Court and on appeal.
