David Gallagher is a Partner and European and UK Patent Attorney in J A Kemp’s Biotechnology and Life Sciences group, based in the Cambridge office. He handles drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications for therapeutic antibodies and peptides, diagnostics, recombinant enzymes and host cells, vaccines and agri-food biotechnologies, and has experience with EPO oppositions, international prosecution and freedom-to-operate reports.
