Daniel Brodsky is a Partner and patent attorney at Mewburn Ellis LLP based in England, qualified as a UK Chartered Patent Attorney (2018) and as a European Patent Attorney (2019). He specialises in electronics, software and engineering-related patent matters, handling drafting and prosecution of UK, European and PCT applications (including prosecution in the US, Japan and China), and advises on freedom-to-operate and patent-landscaping matters; he joined Mewburn Ellis in 2015 and became a partner in 2024.
