Lee Mullen is Counsel at Elkington + Fife LLP in England, specialising in UK and European patent prosecution and UPC representation. He prosecutes patent applications before the EPO and the UK Patent Office across pharmaceuticals, battery and display technologies, provides freedom-to-operate, infringement and validity opinions, and has experience in EPO opposition proceedings including appearances before the opposition division and the Boards of Appeal.
