Erik Scheuermann is a Partner at Elkington + Fife LLP specialising in intellectual property and patent prosecution. He has practised IP since 2003, holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of London, qualified as a German Patent Attorney in 2006 and as a European Patent Attorney in 2007, and acts as a UPC representative.
