Managing Partner at Kilburn & Strode LLP with an engineering degree and a background in automotive R&D, Richard specialises in mechanical and electrical technologies with particular experience in automotive (powertrains, engine control, hybrid vehicles) and aerospace. He advises on drafting and worldwide prosecution of patents, portfolio management and EPO oppositions; he is a European Patent Attorney, Chartered UK Patent Attorney and qualified Singapore Patent Agent, and contributes to EQE marking and professional patent training.
