Partner and Chairman at Kilburn & Strode LLP, Gwilym Roberts advises on all aspects of the patent process, including IP audit and capture, filing strategies and patent portfolio management, and handles matters before the UK Intellectual Property Office, the EPO and WIPO. He acts for individuals, SMEs, universities, spin-outs and multinationals and is an Honorary Visiting Professor at Queen Mary University of London.
